What are the issues we are facing in today's residential housings?
There are many model housings that are actually large in size but they don't necessarily give us the impression that they are indeed spacious. The reason for this is that whole housing area is being divided into too many needed functional areas. The right way to do is to determine the need space for each function area first and calculate the total needed space. One of the other issues is lack of storage area. Large number of furniture for storage doesn't necessarily solve the problem My idea of a perfect bedroom is one with a clean and nat interior decoration that only shows minimal amount of belongings in order to highlight the furniture.
